Very happy with our used truck.
I don’t usually leave reviews and wasn’t going to after I had a bad experience here with the service department. But I checked on a battery they replaced because my vehicle wouldn’t start and couldn’t be jumped. Well it turns out that on the battery they replaced, the positive clamp that goes on the battery was not tightened, causing the positive wire to become completely disconnected. I've been looking at a new jeep for months. Finally had the chance to come in on a Friday. Blake was wonderful! Very professional and good sense of humor. Was able to test drive the car and trade in my old car. Blake made the process very easy and quick! Got my new car within days. Blake went over the cars safety tools and everything regarding the car before I left the lot. I would highly recommend Blake if you're looking for a car!
Best experience buying a vehicle we ever had from Andrea are salesperson who was knowledgeable pleasant and great to work with to everyone else involved in the process. We picked up the jeep (used ) the detailing was great they gave us a full tank of gas and they even put a sticker in it! I have in the past owned 3 Ram trucks along with various Jeeps we will now be going back to this dealership in the future .
I don't even want to give them one star.They don't deserve it! My wife took her car in to.Get just a starter put in comma was told it was gonna be seven hundred dollars comma and then charge my credit card seventeen hundred and fifty dollars and told me that it was a lot of labor Please, please do not go to this dealership.They will rip you off!
