I am very happy with the service; I’ve hardly ever waited more than 30 minutes. The pediatrician is delightful and has a great attitude; even when he’s in a rush, he waits for our questions and says goodbye kindly. The nurses are courteous, too—they clearly let you know when the visit is over and you’re free to leave. 😄 I remember with other pediatricians, I never knew if I could leave; they would just walk out without a word, leaving me wondering, "Is there something else?" ☆☆☆☆ One star only because I have to leave one. Dr. Sadduthrannulu was absolutely horrible and disrespectful to my 16-year-old son today. Not only did he call my son obese, but he also yelled at him while I was on the phone trying to explain what needed to be done during the appointment. My brother had to take my son because I am currently on bed rest after being hospitalized, and I had written down everything clearly for them beforehand. I could only give a star to do a review, I have not even been to this doctor but. the staff is trash especially thar office manager no communication skills, if at first you encounter the front office you can only imagine how the rest is. I wouldn't take my fractured questions to this no communication at all office. If you have a fractured question. and you ask them better have another source, not good at all, If that is how your office manager conducts professionaly I would look into getting her some communication classes.
