Neo is very good at making the whole look come together, color and cut.
Neo is simply the Best! His talent is beyond any hair stylist I have had to date. My sister flys in from Alberta to see him , my son comes from Langley.
I’ve never been there but have seen his work. Can someone tell me where I can find a price list for hair services?
