Very good stylist. I did the haircut twice and very satisfied.
He is fantastic!!
Neo is very good at making the whole look come together, color and cut.
Neo is simply the Best! His talent is beyond any hair stylist I have had to date. My sister flys in from Alberta to see him , my son comes from Langley.
