Last week we wanted to get a car wash. They told us the machines were down and gave us a "next wash free" card. So next day we got there to get a free wash. They told us we have to scan the card, enter our phone number and answer the question. Ok! Did it. Nothing! By that time we had a car behind us and couldn't get out. There is no follow up for damage to cars. They fill out a form and say it is up to corporate and you never hear anything back. Destroyed 3 license plate frames, one line plate, and left scrapes on side of vehicle. Filled out two reports and have never heard anything. Ask the onsite manager and they claim they have no authority it is up to corporate.
Joshua Saenz at Sudz Daddy car wash did an amazing job and went above and beyond to help clean our car my husband had foot surgery and Joshua jumped right in to help us he’s a great young man very polite and helpful
