I’m going to be honest and say the space itself leaves a lot to be desired aesthetically and didn’t feel put together or particularly clean (I won’t go into detail), BUT for what it lacks in appearance it makes up for in service. I’m on here leaving a 5-star review because this was hands down the most meticulously done no-chip mani I have EVER had and I have been getting manicures at places all over Chicago for the last 20 years. I was specifically looking for a nail salon that works by appointment only and actually takes you right at your scheduled time — no long waits or overbooking. After trying a few places, I finally booked my first mani/pedi here last summer, and I’m so happy to say I’ve found my forever salon! Merlis and Nati are both incredibly welcoming and professional.
