Confirmed the night before. Meant to ring me prior to on way ( so I can lock cat up), Waited and waited. Made contact with them to find out what’s going on. No answers except PLEASE WAIT WHILE WE CONTACT THE CLEANERS. No response for 30 mins Then I said do I need to find someone else as needed carpets done. Told could I reschedule.. do they pay the $120… for cancellation since that’s what they charge?? Again got told.. PLEASE WAIT..
