I went in to have the tire of a stroller repaired. The bike mechanic quickly popped the wheel off without warning while my son was still in the stroller. The stroller flipped to the side and my son face-planted on their floor. He began crying and had a bloody nose. Both people working pretended that nothing happened and continued to work.
