I would highly recommend Jamie! I have had chronic knee pain for the last 3 years after having a surgery and have been unable to squat with out significant pain. I also was not able to flex my knee quite as far as my un-involved leg. I saw Jamie 3 times in one month and a few times after that for 6 months. After working on the exercises and other techniques he showed me, I have gained near normal knee flexion and have no pain with squatting anymore.
