I was there at 7:45am in horrible pain from previous illnesses and this lady at checkin was extremely rude mean no feelings at all nor any empathy or emotions towards me. I told her I needed to give sample of my terrible uti/bladder infection and she was adamant on collecting my insurance card and my ID Even though the system had everything previously.
