I wish I had believed these reviews before seeing Dr. Shu. She did not listen and was completely dismissive of my symptoms. How does a doctor like her continue to practice medicine when she shows such contempt and condescension toward her patients? Seeing her was a complete waste of my time and money.
What a ridiculous excuse for a doctor. Completely and utterly dismissive of my wifes pain after she was diagnosed with a serious physical issue. Rolled her eyes at questions, and associated my wifes pain with "stress" and "anxiety" and would not even look into her issues or answer questions and just talked over her the entire time. Completely unacceptable, just like every other doctor at kaiser. Learn how to deal with patients and stop dismissing their physical pain and symptoms as mental health issues.
Suchada Shu’s office will not respond to any urgent care requests when you have a rheumatoid flare up. The KP app messaging system either does not work or the office doesn’t care. I have been in extreme pain for 3 days with my metatarsophalangeal joint (left foot) swollen and inflamed. I have spoken to three Kaiser doctors. One who misdiagnosed the radiographs as a fracture.
