I want to start by saying that Successful Vision has a very kind and friendly staff. They’re a great place to go if you need a vision screening or glasses. However, this review is about my experience ordering contact lenses. I first visited on December 28, 2025 for my annual vision exam and to order contacts. On February 11, I was told that my order had been placed and would arrive in about a week. When I later went to pick them up, I was informed that the order had never actually been submitted. Frank was absolutely fantastic. In a very busy shop he makes time for everyone that walks in the door. Very nice selection of frames including IGreens! Highly recommend if you are in need of eyewear.
I bought eyeglasses from Frank years ago and are still compliments on them - "love those frames". Those glasses were broken in January when someone attacked me and though I live 3 counties away I went right back to him for my new ones. I haven't gotten them yet so there's no photo but he put his hand on a frame, said "try these", and they were perfect! Looked spectacular. I can't wait for for all the compliments those will get. I had a tine pressured situation where I potentially had a problem with my eyes and needed to go on a trip.They saw me right away, identified the challenges quickly and upgraded my prescription as well as selling me new lenses appropriate is my situation quickly and cost effectively. Successful vision is a great combination of professionalism and customer care.
Frank is THE best- He's so incredibly knowledgeable, but beyond that he truly loves what he does. It comes across so clearly (no pun intended). And he has such a gift for choosing the right frame! Highly recommend!
