The staff was top notch. I liked the styles and prices, but it's the friendliness and knowledge of the staff that will bring me back.
The service here was good. I was impressed by the customer service and as well as the selection. The price wasn't bad either. It was cheaper than I expected to pay for a smaller, convenient store. I'll bring my wife here! I think she'll like the frames and I'll love the bill.

I've been going here for 4 years and have been able to get 2 pairs for $99 in about an hour all three times. It is rare that you actually get what the commercials say.
I just came in here yesterday. They were a little busy but I think I got good service. They were nice and helped me in anyway I needed. The glasses work great! I don't have any complaints. Everything was done well, but speedily. Which worked out great because I had errands to run.
Been back several times because when I clean my glasses, the lens pops out. Sometimes they tried little things, but it didn't fix the problem. Today a man told me "well, just don't do that!". I told him I had to clean them & asked for the manager. He proudly told me HE was the manager...that he would do nothing, this was "the best he could do". When I asked if he had a boss, he laughed.
