Called ahead of time to pick up my husband's contacts, and when I got there and signed in at the front desk on a tablet and put down why I was there, it took 20 minutes for someone to even ask me what I needed. When I answered the lady, she told me I needed to go in the office behind her to pick up contacts. Would've been nice to know 20 mins before. Not a sign or anything. Fantastic place to get glasses! Friendly and personable staff, very knowledgeable. They answered all my questions patiently, I ordered my glasses, and got them back in less than an hour.
The Conway location has been the place for all my vison needs. Great service!! UPDATE: Well service went south... what a shame.... was a five star for me, now a two...
