Used Joel as a realtor, I didn't consider him completely up front and thorough. I wouldn't use him again. The "success" is him ripping you off.

I waited 2 weeks for Brooke to call me and tell me that she had no luck with people wanting to rent to me due to me being on Section 8 housing. I I'm a single mother with three children who need housing assistance right now to get by. Would give 0 stars if I could. If you want them to not send your lease renewal and then take your whole security deposit, rent with them! Was a loyal renter for years that paid rent on time and kept apartment clean, but that doesn’t mean anything for this business. Property manager is unprofessional and this place has gone downhill since Erica left. Was going to buy a house through them, but after my experience, I will never do business with them again.
