I had applied to a house for rent last year. Success reality denied me because the landlord refused to take money from housing, section 8. I had found a beautiful mini Mansion after getting shut down by success realty, we got blessed very much so. I'm going to say that I have a clean record and there is nothing on my record for the last 8 years plus and it was a midemwnor theft. Used Joel as a realtor, I didn't consider him completely up front and thorough. I wouldn't use him again. The "success" is him ripping you off.

I waited 2 weeks for Brooke to call me and tell me that she had no luck with people wanting to rent to me due to me being on Section 8 housing. I I'm a single mother with three children who need housing assistance right now to get by. Coming to find out they had helped someone, I know that's very close to me to get a place to stay even though they are a felon.
