The owner of this realty is very unprofessional, rude doesn't return call's, forgets your name and the application system has too many glitches. It also uses too many 3rd parties. Ms Ochoa makes you feel as if she really doesn't want to rent you the home or just doesn't care! I can't believe when I found out they don't have an office either?? Too many red flags!
It was my first time renting and Angela made it easy. The house was very clean and Angela was great about making sure any issues were addressed within 24hrs. Deposit returned was fair and reasonable. Thank you for helping us during our transition time and working so hard to getting us in the house in such a short timeline.
Success Realty Inc. is a property owner’s dream if you’re looking for a property management company. I bought my house in 2011, moved out in 2012, and had Angela manage it ever since. I recently saw the house after 12 years of being away from El Paso and there is still no major issues aside from normal wear and tear after multiple tenants. HORRIBLE customer survive! The owners are crooks, Angela Ochoa the wife’s owner is one of the worst, most disrespectful, rude people you will ever meet in your life. Do not use their services, you will end up dissatisfied and disappointed with how unprofessionally they operate this business.
