Success Realty Inc. is a property owner’s dream if you’re looking for a property management company. I bought my house in 2011, moved out in 2012, and had Angela manage it ever since. I recently saw the house after 12 years of being away from El Paso and there is still no major issues aside from normal wear and tear after multiple tenants. HORRIBLE customer survive! The owners are crooks, Angela Ochoa the wife’s owner is one of the worst, most disrespectful, rude people you will ever meet in your life. Do not use their services, you will end up dissatisfied and disappointed with how unprofessionally they operate this business.

Has been terrible between not answering/returning calls. I was leaving the state for anmonth around the time the lease was ending. With emails and calls made before 30ish a put and no returns and no information if we would be able to renew the lease was forced to move out and then finally a response just to be told we should have just initiated the move out process because we didn’t hear anything back from her… then I was still held accountable to pay rent when no longer living in the residence because “it was past the 30 da... read more
