Have NOT had the same experience as others. In Tampa area working with them (they are in S. Florida). Quotes were in error more than once, numbers didn't make sense. Mortgage broker says he will answer questions, all gun-hoe to get me into this, but then the underwriter does his/her thing, numbers change significantly, questions go unanswered, a lot of around and around.
