A realtor recommend this company for our first home purchase. We have to be honest and let someone know that it was a bad experience even getting an offer. The mortgage officer was very nice and all "let's do this" at first. Then after we were completely upfront and sent everything requested, we were ghosted and had to call to see what the issue was. I recently had the opportunity to work with Success Mortgage for a refinance on my home. Kristen and her team were always available to answer any questions and I was able to do a cash out refinance in 15 days. I would recommend this company to my friends.

Company lacks integrity, over promised, under delivered, omitted important information. Had this group been honest, open and truthful from the get go, I would of never wasted my time. Getting let go by this group is honestly the best thing that could happen to any Loan Originator. Place is run like a total bucket shop.

Mike claimed he could get a loan from my first home. He said my student loans would not be an issue. So he took all of my wife's and my info. Ran the credit and then all of a sudden there was an issue with the student loans. Mike gave us 0 advice on what to do except to get in a repayment program. I eventually did with one school loan (I wasted $450), but was having issues with the other school loan company. So my mom said she would co-sign. I sent Mike the info. He never said he received it. This is not a great company to work for... they will get rid of you for no reason. The positive that you do see for this company, the employees were asked to write a positive review to be entered into a raffle to receive $100 gift card. Please do not be fooled by these reviews... they say yes to every loan that comes in whether they know if it's a bad loan or not. They are trying to reach the 2 billion mark this year but they don't consider all the bad loans that they have to re-purchase because the investors will not purcha... read more

Their long-distance process includes a delay between when you 'close' and when the 'release keys to buyer' is authorized. This means that the buyer may be paying taxes and insurance and utilities on a property that this mortgage company will not let the buyer occupy until they are sure all paperwork is completed and physically received back at their office. I processed mortgages for them for a short period of time. I uncovered multiple instances of mortgage fraud and I was fired when I brought them to the attention of the home office. Stay away from this company.

Have NOT had the same experience as others. In Tampa area working with them (they are in S. Florida). Quotes were in error more than once, numbers didn't make sense. Mortgage broker says he will answer questions, all gun-hoe to get me into this, but then the underwriter does his/her thing, numbers change significantly, questions go unanswered, a lot of around and around. Even a screen shot of the actual real estate taxes from the county website wasn't good enough to get an answer as to why what is on the GFE is $60 more than... read more
