really nice service at first until i had an issue with the jewelry not even 3 months after purchasing. i went back to see what could be done and they became super deflective and condescending:( not worth the money spent!!
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this jewelry store. The customer service was unprofessional and dismissive, and I felt rushed instead of helped. The staff seemed more interested in making a sale than actually listening to my concerns or answering questions honestly. At first they were nice that’s what they do when they want your money but then I had an issue with my jewelry and they became nasty and did not attempt to help me in anyway. Some of jewelry good quality but not all don’t be fooled.
I had a great experience with Success Jewelry Corp. from start to finish. The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful without any pressure. I was able to see and handle several pieces up close, and they took the time to explain quality, settings, and value in a way that actually made sense. The craftsmanship is excellent and the pricing felt fair for what you get. I left confident in my purchase and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for quality jewelry and honest service.
I wish I could put no stars Terrible customer service! I bought some earrings from this location for $350 ! Within a 2 week time frame the earring kept falling out I tell the young lady this instead of giving me my money back she offers me $80 for it a total scam ! She didn’t even want to replace them ! This is not high quality jewelry I don’t recommend I will never spend another red coin !
