I was skeptical of this place at first, seemed a bit sketchy. Also when we met the counselor our son was going to see I wasn't thrilled because he was older (had plenty of gray hair) and I thought this guy will not get my teenager. However, Tom connected with my son very quickly and did an excellent job with him as well as helping us parent better for our situation.
I wish I could give no stars. I would never recommended this place to anyone. As the previous poster stated they make appointments then excuses when the time comes for the scheduled appt. Most unprofessional experience in the medical field I’ve ever had!
Horrible! They schedule appointments but don’t call, the counselors don’t ever show up unless it’s conscientious for them! This place is a joke!
