Avoid them if you can! I went there a couple of years ago and while the doctors are fine the administration is a hot mess. They lied about accepting care credit then when I tried to discuss it with them, the only way to get someone to answer you is to lie and claim that your bill is wrong. I have messaged or called them hundreds of times and cannot get them to respond. You would think that they would want to be paid but apparently not enough to respond to any correspondence.

I think the Psychiatry offered here is great in a pinch for being onboarded from IOP programs like my fiancé but I cannot say our experience here was overall positive. We had billing issues and an extremely hard time getting in contact with the billing department to inquire about some charges despite calling and leaving emails as instructed by the front desk. I have had some billing issues and medication issues. I like the providers and their additudes, but the cons outweigh the pros for me. If you can afford to pay out of pocket, and have the mental energy to work out medication scripts being sent properly to the pharmacy, I don't think that they're an awful option in emergency psychiatric situations. The providers are kind, and fairly understanding, which is why this review has two stars, instead of one.
