Absolutely terrible experience. I booked a deep cleaning service, and when the cleaners arrived, they were unprofessional and clearly in a rush. They skipped entire areas of my home, left dust on surfaces, and didn’t even touch the baseboards or under the furniture. On top of that, they arrived late and didn’t bother to apologize. When I contacted customer service to address the issue, they were dismissive and refused to offer a refund or a re-clean. This was by far the worst cleaning service I’ve ever used. The cleaners did a half-hearted job, leaving streaks on mirrors, dirt in the corners, and even missed obvious spots like kitchen counters. To make matters worse, they broke a small decorative item and didn’t even bother to tell me! When I reached out to the company, they refused to take responsibility. For the price they charge, I expected at least basic cleanliness and professionalism, but I got neither. Avoid this service at all costs!
I am so glad I found Success Cleaning Services and highly recommend them for any of your cleaning needs! Chris and his team are quick to respond, on time, professional, and most of all do an amazing job cleaning and have incredible attention to detail. They work quickly and efficiently, but are still very thorough and don't miss anything. I have hired them for 2 deep cleans and will not hesitate to hire them for future cleans going forward.
