Had the worst experience at subzero today. I used to go a lot, but after today I certainly wont be going back or recommending this place to anyone. Service is slow, the ice cream is overpriced and I paid for a regular size but was given a small instead, and burnt my hand when the ice cream was given to me. I asked for it to go because I was taking it home and the guy said he couldnt do it, so I had to drive home holding it. Also, their "rewards" program is a hoax, I had points to get a free one but the guy wouldn't let me. S... read more
