I love this place! I’m back at the miles, so I’m back at the cryo! Y’all, if you haven’t tried this yet after a workout, you are missing out! I used to soak in a tub of cold water after my long runs, but this is leaps and bounds more effective. It’s cold, but it’s over quickly! I walked in in pain and literally walked out with zero soreness today! #subzero
