I am expressing my disappointment for the poor customer service i recieved at main px food court on ft benning on July 14 at 11:30. I felt anatagonized, disrespected,and embarrass from the manager. I was just getting something to eat on my break. The manager was very unprofessional and fail to provide the level of customer service i expected. Apparently they decide not to serve anyone 16+ minutes before the hours state they’re closed
Very rude people, I asked for toasted and she finished the sandwich without toasting. I asked her if she remembered to toast it, she very rudely said yes. It wasn’t. Then she overcharged me. I have a pic of my very clearly untoasted sandwich
They don't listen. I can visually see the ingredients are old. They're the worse store in that Px.
As soon as I walked up to place an order I was greeted with a very rude attitude from one of the the workers with blue hair. Was having a great day till she had to ruin it. To top it off my food was stale.
