This place is terrible. It used to be great ten years ago, but service has severely degraded. They don’t offer soup on weekends, they don’t make tea on weekends, they don’t even offer salad dressing packets!! I went in there at 1300 on a weekend and there were many trays of old bread. No fresh bread even thought about. The worker there was very sluggish and didn’t really care about customer service. The food itself is standard Subway fair. Nothing out of the ordinary. What is out of the ordinary is the management of this place. I went in for National Sandwich Day to utilize their BOGO free deal. To make a long story short, they denied me an extra sandwich for an unknown reason - there is a language barrier. I was really upset about it all and decided to stop in and pay the manager a visit to make him aware of the situation. This is where my complaint starts. I informed the manager of the situation.
