I had a very concerning experience at this subway that other customers should be aware of. During my transaction, a tip was automatically added to the total without my consent. The initial payment screen already included the tip, and the normal screen where you would typically choose whether or not to tip was completely skipped. The employee, a young lady working the register, told me to “just press the red button to cancel” if I didn’t want to tip. absolutely HORRIBLE service . the one lady who claims to be a “manager “there never smiles or says anything to you and when you ask her for something shejust rolls her eyes at you but with her coworkers she is all smiley and happy. if you dont like your job lady QUIT ! everytime i go in there she has this nasty look on her face like she hates her life . at least fake being nice geez . but then when a man walks in shes over there smiling and talking to them like nothing . but for women she is rude and doesnt say anything . i ... read more
