The few times I’ve been here, they’ve got my order wrong every time! Never coming here again

Got a tuna sub through the mobile app. Went home, unwrapped it and I couldn’t even see the tuna because there was barely any. Just stale bread and about 3 handfuls of lettuce.
I ordered the chicken bacon ranch sub 6”. Italian herb and cheese bread, bacon, rotisstyl chicken,shredded Monterey cheese, tomatoes, banana peppers, peppercorn ranch sauce . Toasted. Received my sub when got home and all of this was on it plus onions, lettuce and pickles . I did not want these on my sandwich and it didn’t have peppercorn ranch sauce it had sweet honey mustard.
