During my visit, I encountered several issues with staff support that affected my overall experience. Despite waiting for assistance, the staff seemed disengaged, and I felt there was a lack of attention to customer needs. Went to Subway Eastville in Towoomba, Queensland earlier today at 1.30pm and the elderly lady in her 60s who claimed to be the assistant manager of store was very cold and rude. I simply asked for quesadilla without chipotle sauce for kids as kids don’t like the sauce as it is little spicy and replace with mayo sauce instead. She was super rude and said she can’t change the sauce. The owner doesn’t approve the change of ingredients as it is a Mexican dish!!! Very slow and rude old lady serving you. And very salty. Worst subway ever. The old lady shouldn’t be serving people with her bad attitude.
Won't go back to this store ever, very stingy with their toppings and when I asked for extra she was rude about it and gave excuses as to why they only put so much on, she literally said 'you're pushing it' when I asked for more. Very average experience
