The lobby was empty, the worker was not very pleasant to take my order, was out of product and would not make more, kept speaking over me as I was talking and when I informed him that the soda was out he looked at me then looked away.
Rude staff (some, not all). Dismissive when I asked for clarification about the coupon circular. Showed no empathy for my concerns when I pointed out their mistake. Non-smiling robots should not be serving the public. Will not return to this location.
Frankie deserves a raise!!! Exceptional customer service!! Order was exactly what I ordered and super quick without any issues whatsoever! My husband and I will definitely be back!
