I was served by a young girl named Zoe. Zoe was very patient and professional with my order. They had run out of meatballs and without a fuss Zoe quickly went and got more. Normally this is where i receive the rolled eyes but not Zoe. Then processed my order and was helpful finding me the best deal for me all with a smile. Great service Zoe
Absolutely shit service tonight, waited nearly half an hour for an online order! Watched other peoples meals get made before mine. Didn’t even apologies for the wait.
Placed a catering order and needed to update details. Tried calling multiple times and the phone wouldn't even ring. It's like they've disabled it to not be able to take calls. No way to contact them via the web or any other form. It's an absolute joke. Called another restaurant, and although they weren't able to help due to them being franchised, at least they answered the phone! What a joke!!
Noah is new and he’s still smashing it like he’s been working here for ever and tiani has such a great customer service, them two definitely work great together
Worst subway I have ever purchased. Slimy wrap, hack job on the footlong.
