Terrible customer service and super dirty. Go somewhere else.
Tried to order chicken teriyaki sub with the buy one, get 2nd for a dollar promotion. The app said not in stock. I was in the parking lot and was starving so just went in to order, and asked for the chicken teriyaki and ge girl had no problems making the sub. When I inquired why it was showing not in stock on the app, she couldn't tell me a reason. Ultimately it's because this location didn't want to honour the promo.
Went to get the buy one footlong get another for $1 deal via the app. Attempted to order sub via the app, and everything was listed as out of stock. Went into the store and asked if they were out of stock, the young lady said no. They purposely listed the desirable subs as not in stock via app so we couldn’t take advantage of the offer.
Every time I visit at this location, Manisha provides amazing service! She always remembers my order, which makes the experience fast, personal, and enjoyable. Her friendly greeting and positive attitude make a big difference. And the sandwiches? Absolutely perfect—there’s definitely magic in her hands! Fresh, tasty, and made just right every time. I highly recommend everyone to visit and enjoy her exceptional service!
