Great outlet and all staff is friendly and helpful. They listen to your requests and can make a customized sub as you need. However for online orders, there are some portion issues as others have mentioned. They can definitely improve on that.
I ordered a Footlong from this Subway location, but I was disappointed with the amount of cheese and filling. It felt much less than usual, which affected the overall taste and value for money. I hope they improve portion consistency in the future.
Chesse pizza 5.99 veggies are supposed to be free, no additional charge is not true, then they charged 50 cent for cucumbers saying it's not a vegetable, not a welcoming environment at all. I asked if the restroom was open, and she hadn't said anything. I asked again, and I finally got the key. We need to seriously work on customer service at this place asap!
