I drove to the Main Street location to use my coupon for a Footlong Sandwich. After having my sandwich made I presented my $6.99 Subway Coupon that was mailed to my home. This little Indian girl tried to pull a fast one, she took the coupon, but charged me full price. I didn't have my reading glasses, so I took my Sandwich home. Portions were much smaller than per Subway specs and my sandwich did not look at all like in the commercial. I had to ask 3 times for the sandwich "artist" to add salad, olives and tomatoes and she added one slice at a time; the experience was surreal. When I asked why they were so skimpy on putting toppings on my sandwich, the lady at the register said: "we have rules at this subway". I have rules too and my first rule is that if you are not giving me what I am paying for I will not return.
Staff is rude, we went there by 9 pm but she was in a hurry to close the store, she told us that door will be closed by 9:20. There were no vegetables in the counter at 9pm.
We’re quite a frequent customer of SUBWAY, even in this location we’ve been for several times. There’s a lady, with loud voice, last time she gave us wrong sub. Today, we have ordered 2 footlongs. They don’t have any other bread except the regular wheat bread. That too was still fine, but, the stuffings…!!! Oh My GOD..! In general, the sub is quite thick, the stuffings come out, but this time they barely, I repeat barely, put the stuffings, even they put the stuffings back to their veggie bowl from the sub…!!!
