The manager of the place is awful. He wanted to charge me for “heavy pickles”. He lied about the water not working to up charge us for a bottle of water. Drive down the street to the next subway.
the guy doesn’t even know how to prepare a footlong , which goes first what order….
I’ve been to this Subway location before and never had an issue, but was heavily disappointed when I ordered through the app. I ordered a Veggie Delight and an Oven Roasted Turkey and Ham sandwich. On the Veggie Delight, I had asked for extra pickles…I counted 6 total. 4 of those pickle slices were on one half of the footlong and the other two were in the other half. The Oven Roasted Turkey and Ham didn’t come with any ham or the spinach that I requested. It also had an odd taste to it, which has never been an issue. Odd.
Been coming to this subway location for years, but today was really disappointed in the condition of the restaurant. There was trash all over the floor. The women’s restroom did not work. It was out of order so had to use the room which was filthy and there was no tea the said their machine was broken. Also, they have the secondary door locked. They are very polite and have nice customer service, but I wish that they would do more to upkeep their restaurant
