About the same as other reviews, now that I'm reading them. I was definitely shorted when asking for double meat, and my single sub was $22 out the door. Store was empty when I got there, and 2 others walked in behind me. The only employee there has no hussle whatsoever. They don’t care what you want, they only want to make a sale.
We asked for 2 sandwiches and were told we could not use our mailer coupons. Franchise owner preferred to keep his sandwiches rather than letting us use our Subway coupons, and it was ok since I preferred to keep my money. He kept his sandwiches and we had dinner elsewhere. We left in good terms but I am not about to return. Judging by the absence of customers in his restaurant I believe he needed my money a lot more than I needed his sandwiches.
I come to this subway often and I am always greeted with a smile. I am a germaphobe so I always analyze their workspace and i’ve never had any complaints. The store always looks so clean and my sandwiches always taste fresh. Most times I have visited it has been the same man serving me. Although, it’s fast food, his kindness and friendliness genuinely increases my decision to go to this specific location.
Nowhere else they charge for a side of ranch over here they do but charge you for a bag fee
