Had Matteo make my sub. He was nice, accommodating, and demonstrated impressive work ethic running the shop solo at 16 yrs old. The sandwich was on point. Thanks Matteo! Somebody give the kid a raise!
Store is mismanaged. Often stocked out of key ingredients. Employees disengaged from customer experience. Change is needed.
Rude manager with bad attitude very unprofessional.Customer wanted to add olives and she wrapped sandwich and she crashed out on him he called her the b word when he left no one wants to experience this type of atmosphere during lunch.
