I placed an online order, paid for it to show up, my online order not be completed and no employee in sight… I only have a 30 minute lunch break and spent 15 minutes driving to the store… this store needs to be closed

This is one of the worst experiences I ever had. I came in to get an order and I wanted my order customized. The lady that works there now has a bad attitude and has a bad attitude every time I come there. She immediately told me that you cannot get your order customized and I asked her why and she basically told me that it's their policy. The lady never on time in the morning! I’m tryn grab some quick to eat for work! She just now walking in’ it’s bad enough they don’t wann hire people ! Food great it’s just the people never on time.. and when you get to asking questions attitude !
