I placed an online order, paid for it to show up, my online order not be completed and no employee in sight… I only have a 30 minute lunch break and spent 15 minutes driving to the store… this store needs to be closed

This is one of the worst experiences I ever had. I came in to get an order and I wanted my order customized. The lady that works there now has a bad attitude and has a bad attitude every time I come there. She immediately told me that you cannot get your order customized and I asked her why and she basically told me that it's their policy.
