Very disappointing experience at this Subway. The customer service was quite rude and unhelpful. First, I was asked to pay before they even started making the bowl, which was okay, but they never informed me that they dont carry rice at this location . I only found out after receiving the bowl. The bowl itself was also much smaller than the usual Subway salad bowls I’ve received at other locations. Jesus hurry up!
The food was relatively ok. It's a captive market at th On Route. What was ridiculous and really made me upset was the fact that we were forced to use the kiosk ordering system even though there was no line. Literally no one else waiting in line to be served. When I protested a little, the guy behind the counter said they were very busy. The only thing they were busy at was dodging the work and then getting the order wrong. Screwed up something on every single item we ordered.
They are very inefficient and slow. The sandwich was small and not worth the price they charge. Half of the pop selection at the machine is out.
