I walked into the store and there were no other customers in there. The person didn’t even greet me. After a while. She said hold on and then she proceeded to make three sandwiches before taking my order. Since no one else was there I thought that I would be the priority. This was not the case. I think this place has some of the worst customer service I have experienced in the last few decades. I felt insulted, in a terrible way. This is no way to run a business! My experience was horrible. Pesimo servicio, no le hecharon todo lo que solicite por internet y las senoras parece que tuvieron una mal noche y se desquitan con los clientes

Tends to be the same lady everytime I go in. Food wise, it's Subway. Service though is the best in the area.

I experienced terrible customer service from Rebecca. She was extremely rude, unreasonable, and stingy. When we pointed out that she barely put any meat on the sandwich, instead of adding more, she started spreading it around, which made it look even worse. It was so embarrassing, and even her colleague seemed uncomfortable for her. Rebecca was also micromanaging the other employee, watching closely how much she put on, making the whole situation worse.
