This Subway location is an absolute disgrace. I ordered online but needed to cancel, and the app wouldn’t let me. I tried calling the store over 20 times, and no one bothered to answer. When I finally had to waste my time showing up in person, I was met with some of the rudest, most unprofessional employees I’ve ever encountered. The staff—specifically a blonde, petite woman and an older Mexican woman—were shockingly dismissive and downright hostile. I strongly recommend avoiding this Subway location due to the terrible customer service I experienced. During my visit, two employees displayed shockingly rude behavior that made the entire experience unpleasant. One was a blonde, petite white woman, and the other was an older Mexican woman. Both employees were dismissive, unprofessional, and seemed to lack basic respect for customers. I don't know why they hire black people at this location the curly hair guy is very slow . And rude I walked in for an online pickup and he ignored me my order was for 5:45 p.m. and it was ready 10 minutes later which was 5:55
