My sandwich was so small and so stale the bread was hard
I had a very disappointing experience with Collin. He was rude and unhelpful when we came in after placing a mobile order. We wanted to make an additional purchase, but he told us we couldn’t because it was “company policy” and refused to let us place a second order. His attitude came across as dismissive, and instead of trying to explain the policy respectfully or offer any alternative, he made us feel like we were an inconvenience.
