They gave us the wrong sub, the steak and cheese was old. We called back ans they said they put our name down and to come in whenever to make it right. Came in today ans asked for our subs. We dont have any notes about that. Okay well that dosnt change the fact that we ordered two subs that were wrong ans old. And I want new ones. No I wont do that you can pay for more subs. No, I wont. And then they preceeded to call the cops on me. Never ever going back.
It would be nice to get a sub without the worker pressing down on the subs so hard when cut they’re squished to nothing but mush! Culinary 101 press on the knife not the sandwich or sub.

The ladies were so great! They were making sure food was hot and it was ready as we got there. They even apologized when they didn’t need to. We need to give grace out there in the service industry. Don’t expect something you can’t give.
