I ordered online and when I arrived I was shoved a bag of food that wasn't even mine simply by answering yesterday to the question "did you have an online order" Next I asked if I could put an extra order in and I was met with eye rolling , and he said something under his breathe in Spanish, I asked why he had to be rude because I know some Spanish and he denied, so I asked again if I could order a bit more and he pointed silently with his finger to the end of the line. Nice and clean
With the change in management/ownership this location has been hit and miss when it comes to fulfilling app/online orders correctly. Missing components that were ordered and I can just deal with it or drive back and ask for a correction. The new team is not very social or polite at times.
