The women are extremely RUDE! This Subway is one of the more expensive restaurants I've been to. The bread doesn't appear fresh. The lettuce was browning. I asked for fresh lettuce. I was told it was fine. I couldn't believe it! I couldn't take anymore so I walked out.
They lie. 1st lady said yes we will take the coupon, and then a different woman came out right before the other lady was about to make our subs and said that they do not taken coupons. Someone was lying, so they lost a customer for life.
Older lady is slower than molasses in January. The last time the guy in front of me told her a large meal and she still gave him a small. I told her ham on the sandwich and then she asked what meat. She asked if I wanted toasted and I said no. She still started placing it in the toaster.
The service is poor. The manager/ owner has a really bad attitude
Stopped to order 3 footlocker subs but young lady ignored me I asked was they open for attention and she stated she's busy I kindly left and took my money elsewhere I will never make someone take my money nor accept Rude customer service and 2 other customers left behind me saying that's right we don't have to make no one take our money smh. Never again!!
