Excellent customer service and a very clean store! The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. My sandwich was built perfectly with fresh ingredients and great attention to detail. Everything was organized and clean, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this Subway! Great service, cleanliness, and a perfectly made sandwich.
PRICED WAY TOO HIGH!!! I paid $4 for bacon. Never done that at any other subway. VERY SMALL PORTIONS AT THAT! Not enough workers. Long wait times but the guy was nice a patient. Better iff going to subway on Salem rd in Covington
The women are extremely RUDE! This Subway is one of the more expensive restaurants I've been to. The bread doesn't appear fresh. The lettuce was browning. I asked for fresh lettuce. I was told it was fine. I couldn't believe it! I couldn't take anymore so I walked out.
They lie. 1st lady said yes we will take the coupon, and then a different woman came out right before the other lady was about to make our subs and said that they do not taken coupons. Someone was lying, so they lost a customer for life.
Older lady is slower than molasses in January. The last time the guy in front of me told her a large meal and she still gave him a small. I told her ham on the sandwich and then she asked what meat. She asked if I wanted toasted and I said no. She still started placing it in the toaster.
