Very disappointed that I can no longer have any sandwich in a wrap. So ordered Chicken salad wrap. When I saw there was only about four tablespoons of salad, I asked them to double, was told I couldn't, even if I paid extra. Not paying $8 for 4 TBSP of salad and then have to pay more for meal. Ordered smaller sandwich, you lost money. Was not given fork for extremly crumbly oreo cookie, won't order again. Also, no more drink refills, very disappointed. No place to contact Subway. They don't care anyhow. This Subway is in a cancer center. The worst 2 miserable woman working there. One kept say "what" to everything l asked, wouldn't smile and rude. the other one was so decorated you'd think she was going to a nightclub. No please, no thank you. Couldn't get to napkins as the floor was wet and filthy with a wet/dry vacuum on the middle of the floor. This place needs smiling faces and kindness. Ever sit with a chemo machine for hours?! I asked for sweet onion chicken teriyaki, I asked her to warm the chicken up, she did not, she toasted my sandwich with plain chicken with the cheese on top, then squirted the sweet onion on top of my cheese and then I asked for a little chipotle sauce and she squirted a bunch on only one side. I’m really pissed off I don’t even want the sandwich. It felt unwelcoming so I didn’t ask her to fix it

Staff acted annoyed to be there. No “hello” or any sign of courtesy when ordering, just stared at you and acted devoid of any emotion while you ordered. Barely said a single word at any part of the delivery process, despite trying to be personable and have light conversation. Really just kind of made you feel like they want you to get your order over with.
