Today (June 17) I went to Subway around 1:15 PM. There were two female staff members, likely Indian, serving. One of the girl with a black pair of glasses had a very unprofessional attitude. When I asked about prices and ordered, the girl wearing glasses kept saying ‘what?’ repeatedly and frowned, showing obvious annoyance toward me. One of the absolute worst experiences ive had with subway in my life. I did a online order for a sub using a discount and then a 2nd order using the discount again. 2 different subs , both with additional requests on the toppings. When I go to pick up the subs the guy working has the worst attitude with me and begins to question me as to why the subway app let me use the discount twice.. 🤷♂️. I dont know it just did.. I ain’t gonna lie, for the 12$ i spent at the store it’s not worth it not even good amount of meat, and more over I don’t know her name, skinny lady with the glasses on behind the counter she is so disrespectful, she don’t even know how to speak proper english and disrespectful. it gonna damage the business for sure and service was trashy.
Subway claims employees follow “strict handwashing and proper glove use,” but that’s not what I saw. They made my sandwich, took my money, touched the register, and kept making food without changing gloves. And the floors were covered in filth and grease. Completely unacceptable.
One person working lunch rush. Ordered a cheesey garlic steak. Supposed to have cheese sauce and garlic aoli, provolone and mayo is what I got. No cheese sauce. No garlic aoli. Didn’t even have the peppers and onions on it like in the description. Won’t eat at subway again.
