Subway location, 1025 Peppers Ferry Rd, Wytheville, VA 24382. Can't order a wrap with egg. You can on bread, yes. But not in a wrap. Is this a new company policy? Or just individual store policy?
The food...I had to tell the boy working what I wanted more than 4x and he still got it wrong. The meat is pre-portioned and not portioned correctly. I get the same sandwich every time and this was by far the worst one I've EVER had. SOP is not presented in this subway. If I was the CEO of subway, I would pull your license to represent subway.
The prices are horrible. They do not honor gift cards and they don’t offer the “deal of the day” subs. They take advantage of their location and charge overly high prices. Take a few extra minutes and go to the other location in Wytheville located in the Wal Mart shopping plaza. Or better yet. Eat at the Popeyes at this truck stop! It’s awesome!
Stopped here for a couple subs while traveling on Sunday, Sept. 28th. The staff member who waited on me was so nice and even though he was busy he took the time to make sure he got my order right and was very efficient and courteous. The food was well-prepared and fresh. Probably the best Subway location I have been to.
