2nd time I had a horrible experience in as many months. Both times I ordered online, and both times Rilee made the sandwiches. Walked in at 8:12 pm waited 8 minutes before someone knew I was there. Was greeted by “we’re closing up” asked what time they close and was told “9pm, is this going to be a simple sub” when I asked for the rotisserie chicken I was told the oven was already shut off and “ain’t nobody got time to turn it back on and wait to reheat and the rotisserie chicken has been put up”. Just stopped in for lunch and had to leave a review cause Phoebe was amazing. Working by herself and was still getting orders done expeditiously while being very kind and personable. Knew customers by name and prepared their order with a smile. Great work and our food was all delicious.
