Tyler the sandwich maker was superb! Made my sandwich just the way I asked and it's one of the best I've had from Subway period! Thank you, Tyler! Great service and sandwich!!
Staff is super friendly and kind. I will definitely be back. I cannot recommend this particular subway enough.
The sandwich's are constantly what you expect from a subway meal(in a good way); what was exceptional was the above and beyond service and patience Brittany showed me as she not only cleared up my misunderstanding, but went ahead and provided a resolution. She rocks! As well as the beautiful lady who worked the drive through tonight .
As a workplace this was an incredibly toxic franchise. There were only a few good employees and manager who all got chased away. I’m also not shocked by the continued claims of discrimination towards disabled individuals from this franchise in general as I also experienced that.
Arrived at restaurant 2 employees behind counter stood there with my son for 15 min. Was never looked at, spoke to by either staff member, another 4 people came in we continued to stand there for another 10 minutes the 4 people that came in after us left, I finally ask if they knew how to address guest in restaurant they said have a nice day and never did wait on anyone needless to say I went to goodcents and was greeted when I walked in as guest should be.
