This place was an absolute joke today! My office made an order for 6 sandwiches this morning to be done for lunch. Our office is less than 2 blocks away. We were told they would be ready in 30 minutes. 40 minutes later someone from our office arrived to pick them up and none of them were even started. Upon returning to the offices with said sandwiches it was discovered that only one was prepared the way it was ordered. I then tried to call to express my concern but nobody would answer the phone. Food good, service is really really slow! They have a long line and don't wait on customers in line. They spend all their slow moving time filling online orders while people in store stand there. Really sucks!
