Food good, service is really really slow! They have a long line and don't wait on customers in line. They spend all their slow moving time filling online orders while people in store stand there. Really sucks! Update- they have gotten even slower! Last time we just left. Long line almost outside and 3 people hanging around wanting to pickup orders from app or call in looking disgusted. The woman who waited on me was quite pleasant, service was good and very little wait. Food is good and fresh except for the lettuce showing some brown edges.
Super slow and I mean super slow service. Food was sub par. We put in a timed order and still had to wait 15 minutes for our order. They aren't busy so it not like they are swamped.
The store manager was running the whole food line. One other employee was wrapping sandwiches & ringing register. Very short handed & maybe 10 people in line. Manager was doing her very best to keep up.
The manager with the purple hair might be the rudest person Ive ever met. Always belittling her employees anytime I'm in here and flat out unpleasant to customers. Ownership should really look into this. That's not how you treat and interact with the public and people in general.
