Google says they close at 10. I roll up at 8:55 to the drive thru (open sign up front is on). Lady rudely tells me they close at nine and are done for the day. K.
The lady checking me out was extremely rude. I asked if there was a drink on my total and she told me in a very rude tone, “No you didn’t order one so I didn’t add one.” So I then asked, “Oh could I please add one?” She then let out a loud sigh. Her name was Tia.
Very rude staff
We came here for a mobile order pickup, but the drive-thru kiosk wouldn't let us check out or complete the process, which was the first of many issues. When we got to the window to explain, the staff was completely unprofessional and actually yelled at us. On top of the bad attitude, they forgot to give us our drink. The biggest disappointment was the food itself. Once we got home and opened our sandwiches, we saw they were severely underfilled.
