I work in Topeka but live 45 minutes away. On my day off, I accidentally ordered at Topeka Subway as that is usually where I get food from. I called the store to try to cancel my order and the woman that answered refused to cancel my order or give me a refund. I told her it was a mistake and I didn’t want them wasting their product as I would not be picking it up. She basically said sucks to suck. Which, whatever. Enjoy your free dinner I guess.
Staff is so friendly and helpful, sandwich was perfect
It takes 0 effort to be a nice person but these workers couldn’t even manage that. The lady I got (with the box braids) was super rude to everyone in the store. I get that it was busy but that’s no excuse to be an asshole. I was given coupons in the mail for 2 foot longs for $13.99, when I went to redeem it Candy’s reply was “oh we don’t take those no more we haven’t for a long time”. Then why did ya’ll mail these to me? I want a full refund & I won’t be coming back.
