Customer service training needed. Felt we needed to watch the food being made... "Supervise" ... so to speak.
I eat subway every now and then so i wasn't expecting anything different with this dining experience. Fortunately, as soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by staff and they promptly took my order. I met a wonderful sandwich artist by the name of Xavier, he was very friendly and easy to talk to. He helped me create the best sandwich I have ever had at any subway location ever. Accidentally placed an order for the wrong location. Called store and explained the situation. Got told “There’s nothing we can do”. They denied transferring my order to a different store or even a refund.
Food was great girl at the window was really sweet and fast at getting our order out.
